With over 30 years of practical experience, my work as an international lecturer, and my work in the management of associations and international organizations, I bring a broad spectrum of knowledge and tools to support you in the best possible way.

Acupuncture
The basics of my treatments , my diagnoses and treatments are based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This method focuses on regulating the vital energy (Qi) that flows through meridians in the body.
The goal is to establish balance between body, emotions, and rationel. This is achieved by stimulating acupuncture points and therefore the flow of energy to realign the entire person and promote well-being.
Cost:
Initial treatment, duration 80 minutes, anamnesis
including acupuncture treatment: 150,- Euro
Each additional treatment costs 100 euros.
Supervision, Systemic Therapy
Based on my understanding of systemic thinking, both from Traditional Chinese Medicine and my systemic training, we try together to bring the many variable aspects of personal and professional life into harmony.
Supervision offers a valuable opportunity to reflect on one’s own actions and, if necessary, to change them.
It is not only important for professionals in the therapeutic field, but can support all people in their personal and professional environments and in change processes.
Together we will examine your motivations, annoyances, and emotional reactions to develop new perspectives and directions.
Cost:
Duration 50 minutes: 120,- Euro
Couples Counseling
In my couples counseling, I offer both of you a safe and supportive environment.
I pursue a clear, communication-oriented approach that aims to identify conflict issues and develop practical and solution-oriented strategies.
It is always about strengthening the personal responsibility of each individual.
Any couples counseling is open end.
Cost:
Duration 80 minutes 250,- Euro
Leadership Coaching
Executive coaching always begins with your own personality. My job is to understand your situation and work with you to develop and implement solutions and strategies.
I am clear and direct: I think analytically, systemically and strategically: If you need someone to butter you up, you've come to the wrong place.
I will support you in all your endeavors and stand by you, but I will always point out where it hurts.
Only through clarity can development occur which then leads to success and satisfaction.
Cost:
Duration 50 minutes. From 150 euros.

Sinosomatics
Sinosomatics combines the empirical knowledge of East Asian medicine with elements of modern psychotherapy.
In particular, sinosomatics uses physical stimulation through acupuncture and similar procedures to influence symptoms, sensations or mental images that arise during the treatment session.
This synergistic combination is neither psychotherapy nor body therapy, but a fully integrated combination of both.
